Hi :) iv been on my fitness journey for a couple of months now and im very happy with my progress i never was fat i just knew i could have a slimmer more toned figure. Now i have been doing running,strength and zumba but with only a little bit of fat to trim down do you think that i could just do zumba for an hour a day? I have been eating healthy aswell Thanks Xoxo
Oh yes, that seems plenty to me, Zumba isn’t as easy as some people think! Remember, fat loss is 20% workout, 80% in the kitchen! Keep going, and good luck.
